A herbalist on TikTok has revealed she managed to burn body fat and keep it off by eating a significantly larger breakfast.
She explained that eating more food at breakfast than you think you need will set you up for a healthier day of eating.

The content creator explained: “Rule number one for losing body fat and keeping it off and building and maintaining muscle, is to eat a bigger breakfast than you think you need to.
“You should be so satiated after your breakfast, that you almost feel a little too full. Your breakfast should be very high in protein.
“The only way I was able to avoid eating and binge eating at night, was making sure that I frontloaded protein in my breakfast and eat a way bigger breakfast than I thought I needed to.
“It balanced my blood sugar for the whole day and actually kept my brain satiated.”
The content creator stressed the importance of feeling fully satiated after the morning meal, particularly through high-protein choices.
The idea behind this is to reduce hunger throughout the rest of the day and lower your calorie intake.
This will also reduce the likelihood of caving into unhealthy eating habits, which WebMD recognises is one of the biggest drivers of excess fat around the body’s midsection.

“Unhealthy eating is the biggest driver of big bellies,” said the health body.
“Too many starchy carbohydrates and bad fats are a recipe for that midsection to expand.
Their recommendations include incorporating plenty of vegetables into meals.
They also advise choosing lean proteins and avoiding fats from red meats, suggesting healthier alternatives like fish, nuts and avocados.
