Clarkson’s Farm favourite Harriet Cowan is following in Kaleb Cooper’s footsteps once again after revealing she has been working on an exciting new project away from the farm.

The 25-year-old farmer, who won over viewers of the hit Prime Video show, has announced that she has written her very first book, marking another milestone in her rapidly growing career.

Ms Cowan shared the news with fans on Instagram, posting a photo of herself hard at work with the simple caption: “I’m writing a book.”

The announcement sparked excitement among fans, as she revealed it will be about her life working on a farm, what her everyday life looks like, and its release date.

She continued in the caption of the post: “I’m so excited to finally share Life on the Farm – my new book.

“This is such a personal project for me. Inside, I share what the farming way of life truly means, the values I live by, and of course what a typical day on the farm really looks like. I also wanted to open up about the challenges and realities Britain’s farmers are facing today, and why buying local isn’t just a slogan – it’s a way of life.

“Farming has been passed down from my grandparents to my parents, and now to me. It’s so much more than putting food on the table – it’s community, love, resilience, and hard work every single day.

“I can’t wait to share my story with you all. Life on the Farm is out on 10th September, and you can pre-order your copy now via the link in my bio! I can’t wait to hear what you all think.

Many have followed her journey from working on the family farm to becoming one of the breakout stars of Clarkson’s Farm in season four.

Ms Cowan first appeared after stepping in to help Jeremy Clarkson while regular farm manager Mr Cooper was away touring the UK with his live theatre show.

With Mr Cooper temporarily absent from Diddly Squat Farm, Ms Cowan was brought in to assist with the day-to-day running of the farm, quickly impressing both Mr Clarkson and viewers with her practical knowledge, calm approach and willingness to tackle whatever challenges came her way.

Her natural chemistry with Mr Clarkson and the rest of the team made her an instant hit with audiences, and she soon established herself as one of the standout additions to the series.

Despite filling Mr Cooper’s boots during his time away, Ms Cowan brought her own personality and farming expertise to the role, earning praise from fans across social media.

The latest announcement comes just weeks after Ms Cowan made headlines for another off-camera business move.

It was recently revealed that she has filed a trademark application through her company, Farmfluence, covering clothing and retail services, suggesting she’s preparing to launch her own merchandise brand.

The move mirrors the business strategy adopted by Mr Cooper, who has successfully expanded his career far beyond farming since Clarkson’s Farm became a global success.

Alongside continuing to work at Diddly Squat Farm, Mr Cooper has released bestselling books, embarked on nationwide theatre tours and launched his own range of clothing and accessories, helping transform his television fame into a thriving business empire.

Now Ms Cowan appears to be following a similar path by building her own brand while remaining firmly rooted in agriculture.

As well as gaining hundreds of thousands of social media followers, she has secured brand partnerships and has embraced new opportunities that have come with becoming a familiar face on one of television’s most popular factual entertainment series.

With a clothing venture in the pipeline and now a book officially in the works, Ms Cowan is proving that her time on Clarkson’s Farm was just the beginning.
