Salford City defender Haji Mnoga has had his red card in last Saturday’s match at Bristol Rovers overturned.

Right-back Mnoga was sent off in second half injury-time in the 2-1 defeat at the Memorial Stadium for violent conduct.

The club appealed for wrongful dismissal, which has been upheld by a disciplinary panel and the 23-year-old will now be available for Salford’s next three matches rather than face a ban.

Salford have also signed goalkeeper Mackenzie Chapman on a one-year deal.

The 23-year-old was most recently part of Blackpool’s first-team squad, although he did not play a game for the Seasiders.
