The Green Party has been accused of “giving up the English language” after securing its by-election win in Gorton and Denton.
Speaking to GB News, political commentator Khadeja Khan hit out at candidate Hannah Spencer’s election campaign video, which was entirely in Urdu.
The Greens have sparked outrage and allegations of “cheating and sectarianism” after Ms Spencer secured victory with 14,980 votes, leaving Reform UK’s Matt Goodwin in second place with 10,578 votes.
Labour’s candidate Angeliki Stogia placed third with 9,364 votes, while Charlotte Cadden of the Conservative Party trailed behind in fourth with just 706 votes.
Discussing the result, Ms Brown told GB News that she went to Gorton and Denton to speak with constituents, and claimed that many voters had been “brainwashed by their imams”.
She explained: “The people that we managed to get to were unfortunately very brainwashed by their imams, so when Nigel Farage says it’s a win for sectarian ideologies and actions, it’s absolutely true.
“On Wednesday evening I was doing some canvassing and a Pakistani lady opened the door, and I asked her who will she be voting for.
“She said she’ll be voting for the Greens, and so I asked her are you aware that the Greens are going to introduce Class A drugs and legalise them in the UK?
“Are you aware that they are going to indoctrinate our children and teach them about the physical aspect of same sex relationships from as young as age 7?
“And she’s like, yeah, but you’re focusing on the wrong issues, I think you’re getting rude to me now and it’s not very nice. She didn’t know how to answer.”

Arguing that family voting and sectarian voting is “becoming a pattern” across the UK, Ms Brown said: “This is where I definitely agree with Mr Farage, it’s very true and it’s very evident, and this is a pattern that is not only in Gorton and Denton.
“The problem is for me as a Muslim woman who’s a patriot, it’s really breaking me in half because I love my faith.
“I know it’s a good religion and I hate what these people are doing, and I find myself in no man’s land, what am I supposed to do?”
Explaining that there are “three versions” of Islam, the commentator warned of the rise of the “most dangerous” type in Britain.
She told GB News: “Islam comes in three versions, there is spiritual Islam, there is cultural Islam, which is very common in South Asia, and Gorton and Denton is very highly populated with South Asians.

“And then there’s a more scary one, which is a political Islam, and political Islam is now very infiltrated with cultural Islam.
“They do not ask any questions, they just follow rules. And I would challenge any Muslim and ask them what is it in the Green Party that aligns with Islamic beliefs? None whatsoever.”
Taking issue with Ms Spencer’s Urdu campaign video, Ms Brown declared she was “disgusted” by the decision.
She fumed: “I am so disgusted by the Green Party to make a campaign in a different language. You’ve given up the great English language that the whole entire world speaks.
“So if you’re giving up the English language, what else are you going to give up? What’s next? What are you going to sell? How low are you going to go and who is going to pay the price?
Ms Brown told GB News that imams are increasingly ‘corrupt’ in the UK

“Of course, it’s the children, and this is the pain that I’m living with all the time. This is why I made sure I go to Gorton and Denton to make sure that I change that mentality. Even if it is one person, one person is better than no person.”
Accusing imams of being “corrupt”, Ms Brown questioned why they are increasingly becoming involved in politics.
She said: “Imams are so corrupted here, they do not represent Islam. Any imam who has promoted and asked the people to vote – they are coming to pray, why are you getting involved with politics?
“They should have the choice themselves, Islamically. They should choose for themselves, you don’t tell them to vote for someone corrupt.”
