Ms Tapper has gone from a size 26 down to an 18 over the course of two years, having described herself as “overweight for as long as I remember.”
The television star has also disclosed plans to go under the knife for skin removal surgery, a step she says will allow her to don a bikini for the first time since she was nine years old.
In an interview with Closer magazine, Ms Tapper revealed she intends to lose one more stone before consulting a specialist about the procedures, estimating she will require two separate operations to address excess skin on her arms and stomach.
“It’s massive surgery and it will be a long recovery. But I think it will be emotional and overwhelming for me,” she told the publication.
“It’ll be the first time I’m able to wear a bikini since I was nine years old!”
She acknowledged that no amount of exercise alone would eliminate the loose skin left behind by her significant weight loss.
Beyond the appeal of expanded fashion choices, Ms Tapper explained her primary motivation for losing weight centres on her long-term health and family aspirations.
“I’m four years away from 30 now and things only get harder as you get older,” she shared.
“I want to be able to carry a baby one day and not worry about having a dangerous pregnancy. It will help me future-proof myself. I know that as I get older, I’m going to thank myself for this.”
Ms Tapper was also candid about the likelihood that she will need to continue using weight loss injections indefinitely, attributing this to her genetic makeup.
Despite facing accusations from online trolls who claim she has “cheated” by using the weight loss jab, Ms Tapper has firmly defended her approach, pointing to her longstanding commitment to physical fitness.
“I’ve been with the same personal trainer for five years. I love going to the gym anyway, just mentally, it makes the biggest difference to my week, and hand-in-hand with Mounjaro,” she told the Daily Mail.

Her gym sessions have also played a role in toning some of the loose skin on her body.
Ms Tapper currently takes a weekly 15mg dose of Mounjaro, having gradually increased from an initial 2.5mg starting dose in February.
During the most intensive phase of her transformation, she lost 5lb in a single week, and within six months of beginning the medication, she had dropped four stone.
