March saw the highest number of vehicle sales of any month since 2019, with drivers getting their hands on some of the most popular models on the UK market.

More than 380,000 new vehicles were registered in March, as drivers rushed to dealerships to make use of the new number plate changes, which typically see vehicle registrations soar.

Several newcomers to the market have made a strong impression with motorists, including Jaecoo, while established brands like Ford and Kia continue to dominate.

GB News has rounded up the best-selling vehicles from March, according to the latest data from the Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders.
