Ibrahima Konate is looking for a better-paid contract, Flamengo have not given up on signing Lucas Paqueta and Chelsea may need to dig deeper to land Jeremy Jacquet.

Arsenal forward Gabriel Jesus is wanted by Palmeiras. The 28-year-old has recovered from a long-term injury but is out of contract in 2027 and could return to Brazil. (Mail), external

Manchester United are keeping tabs on 21-year-old Sunderland midfielder Noah Sadiki, and could offer Uruguay midfielder Manuel Ugarte, 24, in a swap deal for the DR Congo international. (Give Me Sport), external

Meanwhile, Kobbie Mainoo is expected to stay at Manchester United following the appointment of interim boss Michael Carrick. The 20-year-old midfielder, who has 10 England caps, was considering a loan move to play more regularly. (Fabrizio Romano), external

Ipswich Town are keen on signing Bristol City winger Anis Mehmeti in the window. The 25-year-old Albania international is out of contract this summer. (Football Insider), external

Flamengo remain interested in signing midfielder Lucas Paqueta from West Ham United, although it is understood there has been no contact between the clubs since last week about a deal for the 28-year-old Brazil international. (Sky Sports), external

West Ham and Aston Villa midfield target Quinten Timber was left out of the starting line-up for Feyenoord on Sunday. Marseille have already made an offer for the 24-year-old Dutchman’s services. (Mail), external

Liverpool and Ibrahima Konate remain some way apart over a new contract. The France international, 26, is in his fifth season at Anfield and believes he should be one of the best-paid defenders in the Premier League. (Teamtalk), external

And Liverpool could move to replace Konate with Tottenham defender Micky van de Ven, with Real Madrid also paying attention to the 24-year-old Netherlands defender’s future. (Teamtalk), external

Chelsea have agreed personal terms with 20-year-old Jeremy Jacquet, but will still need to improve their bid to sign the Rennes and France Under-21 defender who is also wanted by Arsenal. (Metro), external

Bournemouth plan to resist any bids for Marcos Senesi this month even though the 28-year-old Argentine has turned down multiple offers to extend his contract, which expires in the summer. Juventus and Barcelona have shown interest in the defender. (Talksport), external
