Eva, 48, glistened in a show-stopping black sequinned gown as she took to the stage after being named Personality of the Year at the Joy Awards in Saudi Arabia.
It truly was a night of glitz and glamour as Cristiano Ronaldo’s long-term partner Georgina Rodriguez proved to be another shining light.
The Argentine-born model and social influencer presented an award at the Riyadh Season showpiece event in a sparkling off-the-shoulder silver dress from Lena Berisha.
Georgina, 29, completed the look with a diamond Chopard necklace as well as chic black gloves and stylish black heels.

The biographical comedy drama tells the inspiring story of a janitor who disrupted the food industry by channeling his Mexican-American heritage to turn Flamin’ Hot Cheetos from a snack into an iconic global pop culture phenomenon.
And there were plenty of flaming emojis as Eva also took to Instagram to show off her sparkling outfit, which featured a high neck and statement shoulders.
Eva wrote: ‘What a beautiful night celebrating artists from around the world! Be still my heart!’
Collecting the award in the Saudi Arabian capital Riyadh, the actress said: ‘It means a lot as a woman. We don’t get a lot of shots behind the camera.’
She added: ‘I’m very honoured to be here. It’s my first time in Saudi and the hospitality has been amazing. Thank you so much.
‘There’s so many artists in this room that I admire so much. Your work has moved me – Kevin Costner, Anthony Hopkins and Jean Reno. Thank you so much for also inspiring me to be an actress.’

Two-time Oscar winner Sir Anthony, 86, received a Lifetime Achievement Award at the event which brought together stars from the Arab world and beyond, to celebrate achievements in entertainment and the arts.
After taking to the stage to a standing ovation Sir Anthony said: ‘This is my first trip to Saudi Arabia. My wife and my family are here, and we’re overwhelmed by your generosity, by your grace and what a remarkable country this is, and I want to come back.’
There was laughter as he added: ‘At this time of my life I’m just happy to wake up in the morning and realise I’m still here but being bestowed this gift is an added honour and I’m sort of lost for words.
‘I really appreciate it. I love being here and may peace reign in our time.’
Kevin Costner – who won two Academy Awards for Best Picture and Best Director for Dances with Wolves in 1990 – also collected a Lifetime Achievement Award along with legendary music producer Quincy Jones.
French actor Reno, 75, fellow Hollywood star Mark Wahlberg, singing legend Gloria Gaynor and World heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury were also among attendees at the event billed as the largest and most prestigious celebration of entertainment creators in the Arab world.
