- Airbnb has brought sex parties, drugs and violence to family neighborhood, residents complain
- Neighbors are scared of armed men with weed who regularly block the entrance to the neighborhood
- Residents have contacted Houston police over 87 times without any help
Sex on a balcony for all to see is just one of many troubling complaints coming from an Airbnb rental in an upscale Texas neighborhood.
Residents of townhomes, valued up at $500,0000 according to the Houston Fox station, are fed up with what they describe as sex parties, violence and drug use happening at the short-term rental.
Video that has been pixelated shows people having sex in an open balcony at the Airbnb – close to an elementary school.
‘Two individuals decided to engage in some adult activities right there, right in front of us, right in front of everybody,’ one neighbor who asked to remain anonymous told Fox 26 reporter Randy Wallace.

Another shocking photo shows a woman wearing a thong outfit strutting along a cobbled pathway.
Clips also showed guests at the Airbnb shrieking and screaming at night – while others paying expensive mortgages and rent struggle to relax inside their homes.
People who live in the townhomes near Houston’s Galleria Mall say this is not what they signed up for when they moved into the posh neighborhood with their kids.
‘It was terrible. This was on a Monday morning. We could have had kids. There is an elementary school just 2 minutes away,’ a different resident stated.
Frustrated homeowners say they regularly witnesses sex parties, fights, yelling, half naked people walking around the Airbnb.
They are increasingly alarmed by armed people seen smoking pot, illegal in the Lone Star State, who block the entrance to their homes.
‘If I can describe in one word what happened to the neighborhood, it’s filth. They bring filth to this established family neighborhood,’ a third resident added.
Residents showed records of phone calls and emails to Houston police with pleas for help.
After 87 attempts to get police to help shut down the out-of-control short-term rental, the townhouse remains in operation.
