Dara Huang has revealed she “insists” her son Wolfie learn to “speak, read and write” Chinese.
The 42-year-old architect shares Wolfie with her ex-husband, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, who is now married to Princess Beatrice.
Taking to social media, Dara responded to a question from a follower who asked if Wolfie could speak Chinese.
She responded: “Yes! I make him read and write as well!!”

To demonstrate his skill, Dara also shared a video of her young son skillfully using an iPad app for learning Chinese calligraphy.
“I’m that Asian parent that insists Wolfie learns to speak, read and write Chinese,” she wrote alongside a crying with laughter emoji.
The mother explained she helped motivate Wolfie with rewards in a favourite video game of his, Roblox.
“His main motivation is I exchange completed Chinese Duolingo classes for Robux,” she shared with eye-rolling emojis.

The family insight comes as Dara shared clips from her trip to Thailand with Wolfie.
Her Instagram story showed her son being wheeled on a luggage trolley as they arrived in the country.
She also shared a “dream come true” for her son as they appeared to travel in an ultra-plush limousine.

Dara also showed clips of her and her son arriving at their hotel and taking in the breathtaking Bangkok skyline.
Wolfie was last seen cheering on the Lionesses with his father, Edoardo, and stepmother, Princess Beatrice.
They were among thousands who lined the Mall on Tuesday to see England’s women’s football team triumphantly parade to Buckingham Palace after their Euros win against Spain.
Previously, Dara has spoken passionately about her desire for Wolfie to feel connected to the Chinese language and culture.

“I hired a nanny to teach him Chinese. His Chinese is better than mine,” she told World Microphone London last month.
The family’s cultural celebrations have become an annual tradition, with Dara hosting Chinese New Year parties for Wolfie and his friends.
Dara said: “Every year, I throw him a big Chinese New Year party.
“All his friends come over and they wear traditional Chinese outfits. His favourite things are bubble tea, noodles and dumplings,” she revealed.
