Turner’s 7/4 odds give him a 36.36% implied probability, the strongest position any actor has held all year.
Mr Bailey’s rise to 25% puts him firmly in second place, making him the only serious challenger to Turner’s momentum.
The actor’s ascent follows the huge success of his performance as Lord Anthony in Netflix’s Bridgerton, which propelled him to global fame during the pandemic.

Casting insiders say Mr Bailey’s combination of dramatic range, international appeal, and commercial success has transformed him from a long-shot outsider to a top-tier contender in astonishingly quick time.
