A Ferrari has crashed into a $4million mansion once owned by finance guru Mark Bouris with firefighters working to free a woman trapped inside the car.
The luxury vehicle crashed through a wall of the waterfront home on Robertson Place in Watsons Bay, an elite suburb in Sydney’s east, at 1.15pm on Thursday.
A woman in her 50s sustained chest injuries and was trapped in the wreckage while the male driver, also in his 50s, suffered minor head injuries.
A NSW Ambulance spokesman told Daily Mail Australia the driver and his passenger have been taken to St Vincent’s Hospital.
NSW Fire and Rescue crews and NSW Ambulance paramedics were earlier working to free the woman from the vehicle before she was treated for her injuries.
Pictures from the scene showed several police vehicles and fire trucks at the scene.
The rear of the black Ferrari could be seen on a part of the footpath as a crowd of pedestrians gathered around the crash site.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Mr Bouris and NSW Police for comment.
