A man has been arrested after two people were injured outside Bradford College.
Police were called to the scene to reports of a man armed with what was initially believed to be a knife at around 9.20am.
A man, aged in his 30s, was arrested on suspicion of assaulting two members of the public and assaulting two emergency workers, West Yorkshire Police said.
He was also arrested for a “racially-aggravated public order offence” and causing damage to a police vehicle.
A small gardening tool was seized at the scene.
