Midfielder Ben Osborn has joined Stockport County on a one-year contract for the 2026-27 League One season.
Osborn spent the majority of the past campaign on loan at the Hatters, playing 45 games and scoring twice as they finished third but lost in the play-off final.
The 31-year-old was a free agent this summer, with his contract at Championship club Derby County having expired.
“Ben can play in a multitude of positions and is a really selfless player – particularly impressive for someone who has operated at the highest level,” Stockport head coach Jim McNulty told the club website., external
“Having already been here before, he knows the club well and has a genuine affection for it. He had other offers on the table but chose us, which only adds to the many positives he brings.”
