A woman has admitted to harassment after she was caught hurling insults at her neighbour on a doorbell camera.Adele Brannan, of East Howdon in Tyneside, pleaded guilty to harassment without violence at Newcastle Magistrates’ Court this week. The court heard that Brannan subjected the victim to repeated verbal attacks between February 4 and September 30 last year.Despite receiving a community protection notice in July, the 32-year-old continued her behaviour towards the woman.
