Britain must abandon its current energy policy to avoid locking itself into years of high electricity bills and industrial decline, a new report has warned.‘Why Britain Needs an Energy Strategy Reset,’ released today by the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change think tank, says the Government’s flagship Clean Power 2030 drive is no longer fit for purpose.
