JoJo Siwa has boasted about ‘getting in trouble’ while in Australia.
The American dancer and pop star posted to TikTok on Monday to share a screenshot of an email from a company who claimed she was breaching her NDA.
An NDA, or a non-disclosure agreement, is a contract in which a party agrees not to publicly discuss a certain topic or experience.
‘Guess who got in trouble,’ she wrote across an image of her sipping an iced coffee while laughing.
The email says that Siwa ‘has been in breach of the terms for over a week’ and had been ‘posting to social media multiple times’.
The email also alleges that she has been ‘on everyone’s mind’ and it aims to ‘dry up the appetite for Siwa’.

She wrote in her caption: ‘It was a matter of time before I blew it. Back to missing I go’.
It is unclear if the email was serious or if Siwa is joking about the content of the email or her activity online.
However, she also mentioned to the Daily Telegraph that she was ‘getting in trouble’ for her social media posts, but did not specify why.
‘I’m not an entertainer, I’m a statement maker,’ Siwa said this week.
‘My statement right now is sometimes you’ve got to get in trouble. I’m going to get myself in trouble by posting online today’.
Siwa has continued posting her usual content to her various social media platforms, which includes dancing videos and glimpses at her life while visiting Australia.
It comes after Siwa was spotted again with Abbie Chatfield’s best friend Kath Ebbs after the pair were seen getting close on the Gold Coast in Queensland last week.
Kath, who describes herself as a ‘queer artist’ and goes by they/she pronouns, took to her Instagram on Sunday to share videos of the American singer.

JoJo meanwhile is visiting Australia after suffering a recent heartbreak. She arrived in Sydney last Tuesday for the 2024 TikTok Awards, and performed at the ceremony on Wednesday
She was seen teaching the former Dance Moms star, 21, how Australians pump petrol during her trip Down Under.
Giggling from her car seat, Kath, 27, filmed JoJo as she attempted to fill up the car with petrol and was left stunned to discover she didn’t have to pay for fuel upfront.
In the US, where JoJo was born and raised, residents are expected to pay for their fuel before they’re allowed to fill up their gas tank.
‘I didn’t pay for it. You could just drive off,’ JoJo said, stunned by the reversed process of fuelling a car in Australia.
Laughing at JoJo’s shock, Kath responded, ‘You could, but they have your number plate’ adding that petrol stations Down Under use the ‘honour system’.
While Kath didn’t appear on camera, she could be heard speaking throughout the Stories to Siwa, who was dressed in a black graphic T-shirt and jean shorts.
Hours later, Kath took to Instagram to share a reel of images she had snapped of her friends recently.
One picture featured JoJo grinning with a glass of water in hand as she posed with Australian pop star G Flip.

It comes after JoJo and Kath were spotted sharing a warm moment on the Gold Coast in Queensland last week.
The American dancer and podcaster seemed very comfortable in one another’s company, with JoJo at one stage clutching Kath’s face as they giggled together.
JoJo, who has a suitcase with her, kept things casual in a black hoodie which she wore pulled up over her hair, along with black track pants.
Meanwhile, Kath opted for a green hoodie with a white print along with blue jeans and also had a suitcase with her.
Kath is known to be best mates with fellow podcaster and television host Abbie Chatfield.
She frequently appears on Abbie’s social media with the pair partying together among their group of Sydney-based friends.
Kath hosts the podcast Call Me Kath and owns a health food store named The Smoothie Bowl Shack, located in the inner city suburb of Glebe.
The performer has also worked as a model and DJ, as well as being described as a queer activist.

She arrived in Sydney last Tuesday for the 2024 TikTok Awards, and performed at the ceremony on Wednesday.
The rare one-off performance is her first return Down Under since her Dream tour in January 2020.
‘After four long years, it’s going to be freaking amazing to return to Australia—I’ve even gotten a kangaroo tattoo since my last visit,’ JoJo said of her return.
‘On TikTok I get to connect with fans all over the world and share my music with them, and now I get to do both with my Aussie fans in real life at the TikTok Awards,’ she added.
The singer’s trip Down Under for the awards came just days after she confirmed her split from her girlfriend Dakayla Wilson.
She shared the news of their separation at the 11th Annual American Reality Television Awards last week, three months after they made their romance public.
She told People: ‘We have gone our separate ways, but she is an amazing girl.
‘And I got my own fun holiday plans, and I know she’s got her family that she’s spent the holidays with, I’m happy for her that she has [them].’
They first met when JoJo was a judge on Dakayla’s season of So You Think You Can Dance, on which she placed second.
Their romance first came to light in August when JoJo accompanied Dakayla to a dance class, with a video showing her tell the students she had a girlfriend.
JoJo then opened up about her romance with Dakayla and their decision to go public in an interview with LadyGunn Magazine in September.
Daily Mail Australia has reached out to JoJo and Kath for comment.
