Amanda Holden was left furious as she suffered an unfortunate blow midway through her charity bike ride from Cornwall to London.
As the Heart FM Breakfast host reached Surrey, she was forced to stop cycling after getting two flat tyres.
Amanda, 53, who has just completed day four of her charity bike ride, said: ‘It’s just annoying because it’s delaying us and we’re just getting into the swing of it!
‘Every time I get off the bike, my legs are creaking’.
If the first delay wasn’t annoying enough, Amanda was forced to get off her bike a second time due to another flat tyre.

During the fourth day of her charity cycle, Leigh Francis hilariously surprised her dressed as Elliott from E.T – with a model of E.T. attached to the front of him.
And just when she thought the surprise was over, Leigh revealed that he would be helping Amanda with a bit of today’s cycle on a tandem bike.
The pair the jumped onto the bike together and began ridding away while in fits of laughter.
Amanda is set to cycle over 250 miles in a bid to raise funds for Global’s Make Some Noise.
The challenge kicked off on Monday and will continue throughout the week as she travels through Somerset, Berkshire, Wiltshire and Surrey before reaching her destination on Friday.
On Tuesday, she revealed she has had to strip naked while her wet clothes dry due to the harsh weather conditions.
The star revealed as she sat ‘naked in only a towel’ as she rested at a hotel after battling with the ‘horrific weather’, and that she has picked up a ‘really weird’ injury.
Speaking to The Sun, she said: ‘My thumbs are aching, it’s really weird. I’m currently sitting here naked with nothing but a towel around me because the weather is just horrific.

‘Monday was the worst for the hills, but now it’s the weather. My wet gear is on a radiator drying in this gorgeous hotel called The Chapel. I had an egg bake for breakfast and two hash browns and I’ve just had some butternut squash soup before I go back out.’
Amanda was left completely shocked on Monday when she was told an £100,000 donation to Global’s Make Some Noise, the charity she is doing the challenge for.
She said: ‘We had a £100,000 donation from the makers of the film The Wild Robot. It is just incredible.
‘We’ve had so many people supporting us along the way. It’s been really uplifting and gorgeous and obviously it’s all for a great cause.’
The star revealed that she will be using ‘bum butter’ from the start of the trip to the end.
In an interview with The Sun’s Bizarre column, the radio host explained: ‘I’ve got padded gussets and bum butter, but that’s just every day for me.
‘I’d never heard of bum butter but now I’ve got so many varieties.
Amanda’s five day bike challenge kicked off on Monday and will continue throughout the week as she travels through Somerset, Berkshire, Wiltshire and Surrey before reaching her destination on Friday
She added: ‘We reckon we’ll be burning 15,000 calories a day. I’ve still got a Saganaki tummy from my holiday in Corfu so I’m doing this now for charity — and for weight loss. I’ll be like Davina McCall when I get back. I’ll be ripped.’
Amanda is no stranger to tough challenges having previously completed the Three Peaks Challenge, a 10,000-foot skydive and climbing to the top of Blackpool Tower in aid of Global’s Make Some Noise.
However, Amanda’s ‘big ride to work’ will be the farthest and longest Amanda has ever cycled before.
