Fans of Aldi Specialbuys are in for a treat as two beloved snacks make a comeback this week.

The budget supermarket is bringing back its Cucina Margherita Pizza Crisps and Cucina Garlic Bread Crisps, both landing in the famous middle aisle on Thursday, June 4.

Each 150g bag costs just £1.15, making them a proper bargain for crisp lovers looking for something a bit different.

The crinkle-cut treats have built up quite the following since they first appeared a number of years ago, and shoppers have been eagerly waiting for their return.

The Margherita variety features a generous blend of Italian herbs, cheese and a touch of tomato, delivering that classic pizza taste in crisp form.

Meanwhile, the Garlic Bread Crisps offer a smoky garlic and herb flavour that has proved irresistible to fans.

According to the budget supermarket chain, shoppers have already shared their excitement at the return of the problem. Shoppers commenting in the Food Find UK Official Facebook group called the Margherita flavour “amazing” and said they “loved” the Garlic Bread option.

These crisps are part of Aldi’s broader Italian-inspired collection, hitting stores on the same date.

Shoppers can also pick up Cucina Lattice Crisps in bruschetta and green pesto flavours for £1.49, along with Specially Selected Giant Grissini and a Gourmet Pasta Assortment at the same price.

The range extends beyond snacks too, featuring everything from Filled Gnocchi and Air Fryer Gnocchi to Limoncello, speciality pastas, pestos, biscotti and even Balconi Tiramisu.

As with all middle aisle finds, these Italian goodies are only available while stocks last, so it’s worth heading to your local store early to grab a bag.
