West Yorkshire Police have opened an investigation following a bingo hall brawl in Leeds which witnesses compared to a “WWE” match.

The incident occurred at Club 3000 on Sunday evening around 9pm, transforming the typically peaceful gaming hall into a scene of mayhem.

Video footage captured multiple individuals engaged in physical altercations, with women pulling each other’s hair and at least one male participant allegedly striking a female during the brawl.

The confrontation involved numerous patrons trading blows amongst the gaming tables.

The dramatic scenes were recorded on mobile phones by shocked attendees who watched the situation spiral out of control.

The disturbance reportedly began when venue staff removed a male patron from the premises.

According to eyewitness accounts, other customers applauded his departure, which apparently triggered a confrontation between his female companion and another woman present.

The situation rapidly deteriorated as additional participants became involved in the physical altercation.
