Maj. Gen. Wilson Asueta, acting director of the PNP’s Investigation and Detective Management division, revealed the alleged material was discovered among files contained in four storage boxes said to belong to the 82-year-old.
The devices were handed over to authorities by Thomas Sr’s son, Thomas Jr, and a warrant to examine them was granted last Thursday.
It comes after he was reported to the FBI following the discovery of alleged child abuse material at a storage facility he is said to have rented in Rosarito Beach, Mexico.
Journalists from the Daily Mail allegedly accessed a storage unit, located roughly three miles from his former residence.
The storage space is claimed to have been leased and subsequently abandoned by Thomas Sr, who relocated to the Mexican Pacific coast resort town in 2011.
