Strictly Come Dancing’s Katya Jones appeared to reveal her unfiltered opinion of Emmerdale’s Lawrence Robb during Saturday night’s opening live show of series 24.
Sharp-eyed viewers spotted the 37-year-old professional dancer turning to fellow pro Aleksandra Isaeva on the balcony moments after the camera cut away from Lawrence’s Paso Doble with partner Jowita Przystał.
Ms Jones was seen silently mouthing what audiences widely interpreted as the word “fit,” a reaction that quickly went viral across social media.
The Mackenzie Boyd actor, 34, had just danced to Aperture by Harry Styles, and while no audio was captured of Ms Jones’ remark, the brief exchange was enough to set tongues wagging among the show’s dedicated fanbase.

Others debated the precise wording, with one viewer suggesting: “She said either ‘well fit’ or ‘he’s fit’.”
Some took a more playful tone, with one joking: “Katya looking for another Strictly dalliance.”
The soap star’s admirers were equally effusive, with one declaring him “THE BEST THING THAT’S EVER HAPPENED TO ME” and another confessing to being “obsessed” with his debut performance.

Mr Robb is understood to be in a relationship with West End performer Pamela Blair, with the pair having gone public at the Bafta Scotland Awards in 2024.
The actor’s routine earned a total of 20 points from the judging panel, with Craig Revel-Horwood awarding just four and describing elements of the performance as “very square.”
Motsi Mabuse and Shirley Ballas each gave five points, while Anton Du Beke was the most generous with six.
Ms Ballas did find positives, however, singling out Mr Robb’s “opening line” for praise.

The actor is currently on a temporary break from the ITV soap to accommodate his Strictly commitments, with his character Mack written out on a trip to Germany.
His co-star Emma Atkins, who plays Charity, told The Sun: “We were filming a scene where we had to get him out so he could go and do it as he’d just got the phone call [from Strictly] and they wrote him out very quickly.”
Mr Robb is expected to rejoin the Emmerdale cast once his time on the dancing competition concludes.
Ms Jones herself enjoyed a stellar evening alongside her own celebrity partner, YouTuber John Nellis.

PATheir foxtrot to Ordinary by Alex Warren topped the leaderboard with 31 points, prompting Motsi to hail it as the “best dance of the night.”
Coral have since installed the pair as 9/4 favourites to lift the glitterball trophy.
The veteran professional, now in her tenth series, acknowledged she never takes her place on the show for granted.
“I’m still going to try. I will do my best; that’s all I can do. I can’t control the audience, but I’m holding that hope yet again,” she said.
Meanwhile, the programme’s new presenting trio of Emma Willis, Josh Widdicombe and Johannes Radebe drew a mixed response from viewers in their first live outing.
