The Union Boss predicted that Andy Burnham will call a shock early General Election after he publishes his 10-year plan later this Autumn.

Looking ahead to who might emerge as the next No10 occupant, Mr Nowak warned his organisation would find it “really difficult” to work under a Prime Minister Nigel Farage.
