John Morris from Rochdale was part of Britain’s Cold War nuclear tests when he was 18 years old, and has been campaigning for many years for an inquiry into the Ministry of Defence. He told Radio Manchester that the new Prime Minister Andy Burnham has given them ‘real hope’ for justice.
