Seann Walsh has spoken out following his departure from I’m A Celebrity… South Africa, becoming the first celebrity eliminated from the All Stars series after football legend Harry Redknapp was forced to send him home.

The 40-year-old comedian appeared on This Morning on Friday to reflect on his brief stint in the jungle, which was filmed in September 2025.

Mr Walsh admitted he had expected to be the first to go once the twist was revealed.

“I knew it was going to be me, because I knew who I was up against, including a former Queen of The Jungle and a former world champion,” he said.

Despite the outcome, the former Strictly Come Dancing contestant insisted he held no resentment towards Mr Redknapp.

He added: “It was difficult for Harry, he’s forced to get rid of one of us.”

Mr Walsh did not hold back when describing conditions at the Savannah Scrub camp, where he was initially placed alongside Beverley Callard and Adam Thomas.

“It was an absolute hellhole,” he said. “The toilet was facing the shower.”

“Honestly, I think the three most useless people to be left together in Savannah Scrub were Adam, myself and Bev,” he admitted.

The star also revealed they initially failed to locate the entrance to the long-drop toilet.

“You couldn’t have hoped for a more useless three,” he added.

Mr Walsh went on to give his honest take as viewers continue to criticise David Haye’s behaviour in the camp.

“David Haye, I think sometimes he forgot he was on one of the biggest shows in television,” he said.

“He thought he was in a WhatsApp group with close friends.”

However, Mr Walsh dismissed suggestions of wider tensions, insisting: “Everyone got along when I was in there.”

Mr Haye has emerged as one of the most controversial figures in the 2026 All Stars series following a string of heated incidents.

He sparked backlash with his “ugly bird” comments about his partner Sian Osborne, prompting Ms Callard and Scarlett Moffatt to call his remarks sexist.

Viewers and hosts also criticised his treatment of Adam Thomas, with his behaviour labelled “bullying”.

Mr Haye was later evicted on Monday in a shock double elimination alongside Gemma Collins.

Mr Walsh also reflected on the intensity of this year’s series compared to his 2022 appearance.

“The trials were harder and scarier. It felt like it was turned up to eleven,” he said.

Despite his early exit, the comedian admitted to mixed emotions.

“I’m thrilled to see my family, because I’ve missed my kids a lot. At the same time, I’m sad I didn’t get to do more trials.”

He described his fellow contestants as “almost historic figures in entertainment and sport”, adding the experience was unforgettable.

Mr Redknapp later revealed he made an embarrassing slip while delivering the result, accidentally calling Walsh “Stewart” after his mind went blank under pressure.
