Millie Radford has revealed she is expecting her fourth child, as the famous “22 Kids and Counting” family prepares to grow even larger.
The daughter of Mr Noel Radford and Ms Sue Radford shared the news on Instagram, posting a heartfelt video announcing the pregnancy to fans.
In the clip, Ms Radford is seen arriving at a baby scan appointment before appearing alongside her husband, Harley, in a smiling selfie.
The video then captures the couple’s three children being handed ultrasound images, with the youngsters opening their eyes to see the pictures and reacting with delight.
Alongside the post, Ms Radford wrote: “We thought our hands were full… turns out they weren’t full enough! Baby #4 coming soon”.
The 23-year-old is already a mother to daughters Ophelia and Elodie, as well as son Chester, and is the third eldest child in Britain’s largest family.
The announcement was quickly met with a wave of congratulations from her siblings, with sister Tillie writing: “Congratulations Millie I can’t wait to meet them xx”.
Another sibling, Katie, added: “So so excited for you both congratulations”.

The Radford family rose to prominence through their Channel 5 series 22 Kids and Counting, which follows the lives of the large Lancashire-based household.
Ms Radford’s pregnancy news comes after a challenging period for her and her husband.
The couple briefly separated in 2025 before later reconciling, with Harley addressing speculation surrounding their split on social media.
“I’ve been shown a lot of comments recently about mine and Millie’s break-up,” he said.
“I’d like to put it out there that we actually genuinely did break up. We didn’t do this for content – why would we pretend to break up for content?”
He went on to explain why they chose to reunite.
“Everyone just needs that break I guess,” he said. “But also I’d like to put it out there that everything we film is real and not fake, as I don’t like to be fake.”
The couple’s relationship struggles have also been documented on the show, with viewers seeing the pressures they have faced behind the scenes.
Earlier this year, it was revealed Harley had been forced to stop working following a health scare, leaving Ms Radford to return to work while he stayed home to care for their children.
The pair were also dealt a further blow when their dog Bella required urgent surgery after a lump was discovered.
Faced with a £2,500 bill, the couple were forced to consider difficult options as they struggled to raise the funds.
Ms Radford told cameras: “The thought of losing Bella was a massive shock. I definitely wasn’t expecting it.”

“I was frightened to have to explain it to the kids, and obviously, Harley would be heartbroken, so that would be just destroying.”
Harley added: “When she said Bella could die, I was really upset. I can’t really explain; it’s when you feel like something has just been drained out. You are just stressed and really worried.”
The couple attempted to sell belongings to cover the cost, with Ms Radford even pawning her wedding ring in a bid to save the family pet.
