Sale Sharks have signed South African prop Cebo Dlamini on a two-year contract from next season.

Dlamini, 24, will move to the Prem club from Currie Cup side Griquas, who he captained to success in the 2025 competition.

The tighthead also recently played seven games for Welsh outfit Dragons.

“I think he could be a really rare find for us,” said Sale director of rugby Alex Sanderson., external

“He’s gone under the radar his whole career but clearly he has the potential to be a really good Prem player because basics are very, very good.”

Sale are only seventh in this season’s Prem, but they have a last-16 tie at Harlequins in the Champions Cup next month.
