A National Lottery winner has revealed three things she’ll fund with her seven-figure windfall after “trusting her instincts” to claim her jackpot.

The winner, a mother from Bradford in her 50s, has become a millionaire for the very first time.

She secured the seven-figure prize by matching five numbers and the Bonus Ball.

The winner, who wishes to keep her identity private, has now listed her three first big buys from her jackpot.

She said she will buy a car and a house – and plans to treat her family members with her winnings.

This will mark the first time she has owned her own home.

The lucky ticket holder is now looking forward to making her long-held dreams a reality.

She said: “This is life-changing, it will give me the opportunity to do all the things I’ve only ever dreamed of.

“I can finally buy my own home, get a new car, and really look after my daughters and family properly.

“It’s wonderful!”

Andy Carter, a senior winners’ adviser at Allwyn, which operates the National Lottery, offered his congratulations to the 50-year-old champion.

“What wonderful news for our Bradford winner,” he said.

“Sometimes trusting your instincts really does pay off.

“We’re so happy to see her turn her dreams into reality with a new home, car, and the chance to treat her loved ones.

“Congratulations!”

However, the Bradford mother’s prize will be dwarfed by Saturday’s Lotto jackpot, which stands at an estimated £10.2million.

Wednesday’s draw saw no winners of the top prize.

No players matched all six main numbers, and nobody secured the £1 million second prize.

The winning Lotto numbers drawn were 31, 34, 36, 41, 54 and 57, with 27 as the bonus number.

Two Lotto HotPicks players won £13,000 each by matching four numbers.

The National Lottery generates approximately £32 million weekly for its “Good Causes” projects.

Since launching, it has raised more than £52billion for initiatives across the UK.
