Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor’s beloved company, Pitch@Palace, will be struck off next week.

Pitch@Palace was a Dragons’ Den-style initiative established in 2014 by the disgraced former duke to support, mentor, and connect early-stage technology companies with investors, CEOs, and influencers.

It aimed to accelerate business growth through regional events and a final pitch at St James’s Palace.

While the UK arm ceased activity around 2019 to 2020, international operations continued until the final dissolution in November 2025.

The entrepreneur-investor networking platform began winding down its UK operations in November 2019 following Andrew’s disastrous BBC Newsnight interview.

The interview, which addressed his friendship with convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, led to a mass exodus of corporate partners.

These included banks and firms, like Barclays and KPMG, and the suspension of UK operations.

Pitch@Palace was further marred by controversy involving a China-based partner with alleged spying links.

The organisation was formally dissolved in November 2025 due to this continued reputational damage.

Despite its eventual downfall, the company did see success during its five-year stint.

Successful candidates were obliged to hand over two per cent of their start-up to Pitch@Palace.

The publication has now disclosed that Pitch@Palace Global Ltd will finally be struck off next Tuesday, just three months after Andrew decided to file for dissolution.

Andrew remained the only person with “significant control” over the company, according to reports in the Mail.

The 65-year-old was stripped of his royal titles towards the end of 2025 and has also been ordered to leave Royal Lodge, his home since 2003.

Andrew will be moving to the Sandringham estate in Norfolk, and his living expenses will be funded by King Charles.

Although Buckingham Palace has not confirmed which property Andrew will be moving to, it has been widely reported to be Marsh Farm.

Construction workers have been photographed outside the building in preparation for the former prince’s arrival.
