Prince Louis was seen swiftly grabbing a chocolate gift from Prince William after a member of the public told the Prince of Wales the present was “for Louis” during the Royal Family’s Christmas Day walk at Sandringham.
Footage and photographs taken outside St Mary Magdalene Church on the Sandringham estate show Prince William briefly holding a red-wrapped chocolate Lindt Lindor maxi ball as the family greeted crowds following the traditional Christmas morning service.
As the Prince of Wales held the item, a royal fan could be heard indicating that the present was intended specifically for his youngest son.
The moment prompted an immediate reaction from Prince Louis, who stepped forward and pulled the chocolate gift towards himself, clutching it with both hands as Prince William released it.
The seven-year-old was then seen holding the chocolate securely as the family continued moving along the crowd line.
