Three people have been charged and a further three have been arrested after a 19-year-old was stabbed outside of a primary school in Greater Manchester.

The stabbing took place on Cecil Street on Tuesday 16 December outside Holy Trinity Primary School in Bury at about 21:34 GMT.

Kain Corrigan and Kyle Corrigan, both aged 23, from Radcliffe, have been charged with violent disorder, Greater Manchester Police said.

A 16-year-old boy, who cannot be named due to his age, has also been charged with violent disorder, while another 16-year-old boy has been bailed pending further enquiries.

Three more men, aged 19, 29 and 30, have also been arrested in relation to this incident.

Kain Corrigan was also charged with possession of a bladed article.

The 19-year-old’s injuries were not life-changing or life-threatening, Greater Manchester Police said.
