Meghan Markle is “over the moon” as her lifestyle brand, As Ever, has appeared on Oprah’s Favourite Things.

As Ever shared the news via email to subscribed fans about the exciting news.

The brand’s content team wrote: “We’re over the moon to spread the news: Our Signature Fruit Spread Gift Box is on Oprah’s Favourite Things this year!

“As Oprah says on OprahDaily.com, ‘Before my neighbour Meghan started her business, she shared her homemade recipes with us.

“I love to drizzle it on an English muffin, or yoghurt, or ice cream.

“I also love bringing a jam or preserves as a hostess gift, and with this pretty box set of range marmalade, raspberry and strawberry spread, just add a bow and you’re ready to go.’

“We’re honoured to be included in the season’s quintessential guide to gifting.

“So much love is poured into each recipe to bring the brightness and warmth of the garden to your home in every season.”

Meghan’s fruit spread trio of raspberry, orange marmalade and strawberry jam is available on the As Ever store for $36 (£27.50).

The duchess and Oprah Winfrey have maintained a strong friendship ever since Meghan’s bombshell interview with the TV host in 2021.

Prince Harry and Meghan’s interview sent shockwaves around the world as the couple laid out a series of points.

They accused an unnamed Royal Family member of racism, suggesting they asked “how dark” their son would be.

The pair said they had been driven out of the UK, in part, by racism.

They also accused the Palace of failing to support Meghan when she was feeling “suicidal”, when the duchess said she “just didn’t want to be alive anymore”.

Harry stated that his family had cut him off financially and suggested the late Queen Elizabeth II had been badly advised and had cancelled a meeting with him at Sandringham.

Meghan accused Princess Kate of making her cry and claimed senior royals plotted to ensure Prince Archie would never have a title or adequate security.

The interview with the couple and Oprah was viewed by over 11 million people

Over 11 million people watched the broadcast of the interview on ITV, and 17.1 million viewed it on CBS.

The interview led to a “crisis meeting involving senior royals”, according to the BBC.

On March 9, 2021, Buckingham Palace released a statement saying: “The issues raised, particularly that of race, are concerning.

“While some recollections may vary, they are taken very seriously and will be addressed by the family privately. Harry, Meghan and Archie will always be much loved family members.”

When asked about the interview by reporters during a visit to an East London school a couple of days after, Prince William said: “We’re very much not a racist family.”
