A boy has been left with “potentially life-changing injuries” after being attacked with a glass bottle in Manchester, police have said.
It happened in Woodend Road, Wythenshawe, at about 19:15 BST on Tuesday.
The boy, whose age has not been disclosed, was taken to hospital, the force said.
No further details have been disclosed at this stage and investigation was continuing.
