Marks & Spencer fans have struck gold with the supermarket’s latest confectionery creation, as the newly introduced Pistachio & Shortbread Crunchy Clouds have received rave reviews among British shoppers.

The luxury chocolates debuted in M&S Foodhalls last week and have already captured the attention of sweet-toothed customers across the nation.

Now, social media platforms have been flooded with glowing testimonials from delighted consumers who have sampled the Swiss white chocolate treats.

The confections are the retailer’s latest venture into premium chocolate offerings, taking advantage of the current pistachio trend which has swept through the hearts of British foodies this year.

The supermarket described the treats as ‘creamy, crispy and crunchy’

These indulgent chocolates feature Swiss white chocolate combined with pistachios, shortbread fragments and crispy cornflakes, creating what M&S describes as “creamy, crispy and crunchy all in one mouthful”.

The retailer promotes them as “luxurious” treats, saying customers can “dig into a bag of our luxurious Pistachio and Shortbread Crunchy Clouds to find dollops of creamy Swiss white chocolate, embedded with nutty pistachios and crumbly shortbread for a dreamy bite”.

Customer feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. “These new Pistachio & Shortbread Crunchy Clouds from M&S are unreal!” one enthusiast declared.

Meanwhile, another fan fawned over the treats after the announcement, declaring: “This is something special!”

Another shopper admitted: “These are really good. I’m not even a massive fan of white chocolate but had to try them!”

The chocolates have garnered particular acclaim on TikTok too, where content creator Brandon Spatcher, known as @brandonspatcher, shared: “These are now my favourite chocolates ever…”

The treats arrive in resealable packaging – although M&S cheekily suggests this feature may prove redundant given their irresistible nature.

Whilst the response has been decidedly favourable, some consumers are already looking ahead, with one customer requesting: “Dark chocolate variety next please…”

The retailer positioned the launch as part of their embrace of pistachio as “the year’s most on-trend flavour”, pairing it with blonde chocolate in what they term their “inexplicably moreish new Swiss Clouds”.

The fan-favourite treat has followed Marks & Spencer Food unveiling 13 new additions to its sweet treats selection, elevating the retailer’s confectionery portfolio to an impressive 164 products.

The expansion features other trending pistachio-flavoured offerings alongside an entirely new product line called Pick ‘N’ Marks.
