Lloyds Bank is offering a free £185 to anyone who switches their current account, with payment made within 10 working days

The latest offer is aimed at attracting customers who are open to moving their everyday banking.

From July 1 to 28, 2025, Lloyds is offering £185 to eligible new and existing customers who switch from another bank to a Club Lloyds or Lloyds Premier current account.

The cash will be paid within 10 working days of completing the switch, which can be done online or through the Lloyds app.

To qualify, customers must move to a Club Lloyds, Club Lloyds Platinum, Club Lloyds Silver, or Lloyds Premier account.

Each of these comes with access to exclusive rewards and extra features, depending on the level of the account chosen.

Club Lloyds account holders can choose a lifestyle benefit such as 12 months of Disney+ Standard With Ads, cinema tickets, magazine subscriptions or a digital coffee and dining membership.

The account also includes access to the Club Lloyds Monthly Saver, currently paying 6.25 per cent interest, and up to £90 a year in credit interest when criteria are met.

Mortgage discounts and exclusive savings rates are also available to Club Lloyds customers.

Those who qualify for the Lloyds Premier account, typically those with an income or savings over £100,000, or paying in £5,000 a month – can access a range of premium benefits.

These include remote GP and wellbeing services, cashback on debit card spending, competitive mortgage discounts, and one-to-one financial coaching.

Premier customers also get tools within the app like a Net Worth Calculator and Wealth Forecasting hub to manage their finances more holistically.

As part of the broader offer, all Club Lloyds and Premier customers can now spend fee-free using their debit cards abroad and gain access to a new ‘Travel Booking’ feature in the Lloyds app.

This allows users to book flights and hotels directly and includes a Best Price guarantee if a cheaper deal is found within 24 hours.

The Lloyds app also includes tools for managing subscriptions, setting spending alerts, checking credit scores, and depositing cheques.

The move comes as banks continue to compete for switchers with cash incentives and value-added services

Customers can round up purchases with Save the Change® to help build savings effortlessly, and use the Benefit Finder tool to check eligibility for things like Council Tax discounts, Universal Credit or local grants.

The move comes as banks continue to compete for switchers with cash incentives and value-added services.

Lloyds’ latest deal adds to a growing list of current account offers across the market, but stands out with its combination of upfront cash and ongoing rewards.
