Two men have been taken to hospital after a light aircraft crash near a North Yorkshire village.
North Yorkshire Police said it was called to the crash near Croft Circuit in Dalton-on-Tees, south of Darlington, at about 11:50 GMT.
Two men who were in the aircraft were taken for treatment, but are “not believed to have been seriously injured”, a force spokesperson said.
They added: “We are liaising with the Air Accidents Investigation Branch to determine the full circumstances.”

Police officers from Durham Constabulary also attended the scene, along with fire and ambulance crews.
North Yorkshire Fire & Rescue Service said the men were out of the aircraft by the time fire crews arrived.
They were treated by paramedics at the scene before being taken to Darlington Memorial Hospital by ambulance, the Yorkshire Ambulance Service said.
In a statement, the Air Accidents Investigation Branch confirmed it had started an investigation into the crash.
