Claudia Winkleman has revealed the hilarious gaffe the producers pulled on her during filming for the current series of The Traitors.
The TV presenter, 52, was troubled with a bad back while on set and asked the team for a massage, however her masseur wasn’t quite who she thought he was.
Sharing the anecdote on Friday’s upcoming episode of Graham Norton, the star explained: ‘I did my back in so asked if I could see a physio. We are in the middle of nowhere so that wasn’t easy.
‘When this chap turned up the producer asked me not to be chatty with him – I thought she meant I was not to talk about what was going on in the production.
‘So I asked him who else he had treated and he said, “Two shire horses and a miniature Dachshund” – it turns out they didn’t want me to know he was a vet!’
Meanwhile Claudia is known for her statement fringe, dark eyeliner and nude lip, and the star also revealed her bizarre fashion inspiration for this series of the BBC hit show.

Explaining how she always has a muse behind her looks for each series she said: ‘For Strictly it has been Anita Dobson and this year it was Demis Roussos.
‘For Traitors it’s Princess Anne meets Sarah Brightman. We’ve already decided on next year’s – I’ll be dressing as Gerald from Clarkson’s Farm!’
It was another episode packed full of drama on Thursday evening after fans branded this year’s contestants as ‘the worst Faithfuls ever’ after they once again failed to suss out a Traitor.
Tyler was banished from the castle after receiving the most number of votes at the round table.
But he then revealed that he had been a Faithful all along, sending shockwaves around the room and causing Livi to storm off in tears.
Comparing the show to her offspring, Claudia said: ‘I am always very nervous that people aren’t watching and then incredibly grateful that they are.’
She joked: ‘I feel about Traitors like people feel about an offspring – you’re so glad when people love it.’
Yet the presenter remained tight-lipped on what’s to come in the series as she added: ‘I can’t say much but the producers are so clever and there are lots of twists and turns coming.’
