Cadbury fans have been left disappointed after discovering that the “best chocolate bar ever made” has been discontinued.
The revelation came after a confused shopper took to X, formerly Twitter, to ask about the availability of Cadbury’s Big Taste bars, saying they were “struggling” to find the treat for their partner’s Christmas gift.
The Big Taste range had been a fan favourite before being axed by the chocolate maker.
The discontinued range included popular flavours such as Oreo Crunch, Toffee Whole Nut, and Triple Choc Sensation, which featured layers of milk, white, and dark chocolate.

THE GROCER
The Triple Choc Sensation was particularly distinctive, offering three different chocolate varieties in a single bar.
Last year, a customer named Amy reached out to Cadbury to inquire about the Peanut Caramel Crisp variety of the Big Taste range.
A Cadbury spokesman confirmed the disappointing news, stating: “Peanut Caramel Crisp Bars have been discontinued. However, we still have lots of other chocolatey treats to try.”
The response left Amy disheartened, with the customer later replying: “Aw no. That sucks, it’s our favourite.”
The discontinuation of the Peanut Caramel Crisp bars marked another loss in the Big Taste range, which had built up a loyal following among chocolate enthusiasts.
The news particularly affected those who had made the bars a regular treat, with many discovering their favourite flavours were no longer available.
However, there is some positive news for Cadbury fans as a beloved chocolate bar has made its return to UK shops after a 12-year absence.
The Dairy Milk Marble bar has been spotted in B&M stores, as revealed by the New Food Spotter Facebook Group.

The distinctive treat combines milk and white chocolate with a hazelnut praline centre.
While British shops briefly stocked the bar as a limited import three to four years ago, it had been largely absent from UK shelves for nearly a decade.
The chocolate bar has remained popular in Australia, where Cadbury has continued its production.
The return has sparked excitement among chocolate lovers, with shoppers taking to Facebook to share their enthusiasm.
“We love to see it,” commented one delighted customer, as news of the Marble bar’s return spread across social media.
