Vanderpump Rules star James Kennedy was reportedly investigated over claims that he had been violent toward women prior to his arrest for domestic battery last week.
On Wednesday, Page Six reported that a Vanderpump Rules production insider–turned–whistleblower shared a list of accusations that had been leveled against Kennedy, 32, with the show’s production company, Evolution Media.
The list allegedly included a mix of allegations, some of which were reportedly based on rumors that had spread behind the scenes, while others referenced events alluded to by Vanderpump Rules castmembers while they were being filmed, according to sources.
The list reportedly included claims that Kennedy had been violent with multiple women he had been in sexual relationships with, though Page Six wasn’t able to independently substantiate those claims.
DailyMail.com has reached out to representatives for Kennedy and Bravo for comment.
Kennedy was arrested on December 10 for misdemeanor domestic battery upon spouse/co-habitant after he allegedly pushed a woman to the ground.

The woman’s name was not revealed, but she reportedly described Kennedy as her boyfriend while speaking to police.
Since then, Kennedy’s girlfriend Alley Lewber has been seen moving out of his home while the British DJ assisted her.
According to documents viewed by Page Six, Vanderpump Rules’ network Bravo hired an independent attorney to run the investigation into Kennedy’s dealings with women.
Sources told the publication that the whistleblower was dismayed to see Kennedy making an appearance at BravoCon with other Vanderpump Rules castmembers, despite the investigation still being conducted.
They were particularly disturbed that Kennedy was given a joking award — for ‘Colloquial Excellence’ — and was allowed to sing for the crowd.
According to sources, Kennedy sang a song titled You Can Suddenly Become The Number One Guy In The Group, which was reportedly inspired by behind-the-scenes jokes about the shifting pecking order of the cast.
It’s currently unclear if the investigation had wrapped up and shared findings, and Bravo’s decision to fire the vast majority of the Vanderpump Rules cast — aside from its namesake, Lisa Vanderpump — may prevent any conclusions from being shared.
On Tuesday, an insider exclusively revealed to DailyMail.com that Kennedy and his girlfriend Ally Lewber are ‘basically done’ following his recent arrest for misdemeanor domestic violence.

A source revealed that the couple of two years are currently giving one another space and are waiting for ‘the dust to settle’ for the sake of Kennedy’s DJ career.
The source said the couple are ‘indeed on rocky ground’ and a complete split is the most probable outcome.
The insider also claimed Ally, 28, may even give Kennedy ‘one more chance,’ even though her friends and family want them to be over.
‘James and Ally are basically done, hanging by a whim,’ an insider told DailyMail.com ‘They have agreed to give it some time apart and they want the dust to settle so he doesn’t lose any future opportunities in DJing.’
Ally is also keen to see if James will emerge ‘less unscathed’ than what has already occurred if they wait it out, the source claims.
‘And Ally loves him enough that she wants to see if the dust settles, he will get out of it less unscathed than what has happened so far. And of course, maybe she’ll give him one more chance.’
The insider re-iterated it would a ‘final chance’, with Ally still harboring ‘a lot of feelings’.
‘And that is what it will be, one final chance. There are a lot of feelings still on the table for her, plus it’s the holiday season and all the feels are there with that.’
The insider also claimed Ally may even give Kennedy, 32, ‘one more chance’ – however her friends and family want them to be over
However, Ally’s friends and family want her to break it off with him completely.
‘But her friends and family want her to be totally done with him. Easier said than done, but it is indeed on rocky ground and a full breakup is the most likely scenario.’
The source added that Kennedy, who said he was making ‘meaningful changes’ in his life after the incident, was primarily motivated to ‘seek help’ to save his DJ career and improve his image.
‘James and his motivation to seek help is to save anything that he might have left with his reputation in the world of DJing and those he works with.
‘It is his only outlet for money now that the Bravo train is running out. Though it looks like he might also be doing it to save his relationship with Ally, it is all about trying to make him look good and get his public image back that has taken a major hit.
‘If him and Ally continue their relationship, that will be a bonus, but James is chasing his bottom line. Because if his DJ gigs dry up, then he is really screwed.’
Lewber was seen moving her belongings out of the home she shares with Kennedy on Sunday, and TMZ reported on Monday that she has since moved into an Airbnb that she will be sharing with her visiting family before celebrating holidays with them in Ohio.
At the time, the outlet reported they were still together but giving one another space.

Burbank Police Department responded to a call about a ‘man and woman arguing’ at Kennedy’s residence around 11:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 11.
At this time, there has been no confirmation Lewber was the reported victim.

The Burbank Police Daily Arrest Log reported that an officer spoke with both Kennedy and a woman that night inside a residence after receiving a 9-1-1 call, according to TMZ.
While there, the woman, whose name was not revealed, told investigators she had been picked up by her boyfriend and that he threw her to the ground.
Police on the scene said they did not see any visible injuries on the alleged victim, but arrested Kennedy for misdemeanor domestic battery upon spouse/co-habitant.
Officers were initially summoned to the residence on reports Kennedy had gotten into an argument with the woman and grabbed.
On Saturday, Lewber spoke out on his arrest in a statement on her Instagram stories.

‘I am taking time to focus on my sobriety, personal growth and being present for my loved ones.
‘Navigating challenging moments is not easy but I am determined to learn, grow and move forward with the incredible support system around me.’
Kennedy was released after paying a $20,000 bail, according to police records.
Kennedy’s attorney, Scott Leeman, tried to downplay the severity of the incident, telling the outlet, ‘We understand that there were no injuries and we are hoping that, after careful review, the city’s attorney will decide not to file formal charges.’
A source told People: ‘James was acting super aggressive all night long.’
