She wore her brunette tresses in loose waves and opted for a glowing, bronzed makeup look.
Eva was joined by Spanish-French actor Jean Reno at the event, 76, where she was inducted into the brotherhood of the Knights of Tastevin as part of proceedings.
Alongside the two international celebrities, The Crown’s Dominic West and French actress and director Zabou Breitman were also patrons of the event this year.
Each year the event attracts the attention of wine lovers and philanthropists to raise funds for humanitarian causes.
The profits from the sale this year will be donated to both the Global Gift Foundation, represented by Eva and Jean and Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF), supported by Zabou and Dominic.
It comes after Eva broke her silence on the disappointment of Donald Trump winning the US election.
‘The shocking part is not that he won… It’s that a convicted criminal who spews so much hate could hold the highest office,’ said the Desperate Housewives actress to Marie Claire magazine.
‘I would like to think our fight continues… If he keeps his promises, it’s going to be a scary place,’ added the cover girl who posed for Félix Valiente.
