The Barbie star, 34, who recently welcomed the little one with husband Tom Ackerley, 34, shone in a plunging black top, matching pants, and a breezy white Oxford shirt.
Pushing the stroller, Margot accessorized effortlessly with a gold chain and designer sunglasses.
The Australian beauty seemed in high spirits, flashing a megawatt smile as she peeked at her bundle of joy with a sparkle in her eye.
Joining her was close friend and former Neighbors co-star Ashleigh Brewer, with whom Margot formed a tight bond during their days filming the beloved Aussie soap.

Margot joined Neighbors in 2008 as Donna Freedman, while Ashleigh signed on in 2009 as Kate Ramsay.
The two actresses lived together off-screen while filming in Melbourne, forming a close friendship that continued beyond the show.
Margot left Neighbors in 2011 to pursue a career in Hollywood, while Ashleigh remained on the show until 2014.
Over the weekend The Mail on Sunday reveled that Robbie gave birth to her first child.
It is understood that the star went into labor two weeks ago, shortly before her due date, and ‘all is well’.
Friends and family of the couple have stayed tight-lipped on news of the baby – a boy born on October 17 – to guard their privacy.
The news comes a few days after Tom was spotted stocking up on baby supplies near the couple’s home in Venice Beach.
The English film producer collected a box of eco-conscious nappies from Coterie, along with a box of cigars and a bottle of wine – perhaps to toast baby’s arrival.

People magazine previously reported the actress has been holed up at the home she shares with Tom in Venice Beach ‘preparing for her baby’s arrival’ and enjoying some downtime from filming, with a well-placed source saying, ‘Margot absolutely can’t wait,’ to be a mom.
The magazine also reported that Robbie and Ackerley have ‘wanted to be parents for a really long time and are so happy.’
