Stephanie Rice has hinted her upcoming wedding date to her fiancé Mark Lassey may be very soon by revealing she has already booked their honeymoon.
The Aussie swimming champion, 36, shared a clip to Instagram on Friday revealing she and Mark had already booked their post-wedding holiday and were very excited to soon be heading off.
‘We booked our honeymoon trip today and I’m sooooooo excited. Can’t tell you the last time I took a holiday that didn’t involve work,’ Stephanie wrote.
‘This is going to be the best month ever, Mark Lassey!’
She then gave her followers an update about how the wedding planning was going.
‘I’m progressing with our wedding and honeymoon planning. I just want it to be a really beautiful, carefree day filled with God, love and to eat yummy food.
‘Mark and I are so aligned in our values. Our whole relationship has been really beautiful, we are walking together to the same place. It’s made the process so enjoyable.’
Their engagement came just weeks after Stephanie first went public with their romance in an Instagram post at the start of July.

Stephanie had been quietly dating the Australian pastor for five months before officially confirming their romance.
They were introduced through a mutual friend and then started a long-distance romance as Mark is based in Perth while Stephanie moved to Dubai in November.
‘When we met almost 5 months ago, we both knew this was different,’ she gushed in an Instagram post alongside cosy snaps of herself and Mark.
‘From the start, there was a deep intentionally between us, and because of the complexities of our lives we wanted to keep these first few months between close family and friends, and enjoy the wonder of falling in love.’

‘But as God would have it, that first phone conversation made us feel like this was exactly where we were both meant to end up,’ she continued before detailing their long-distance romance.
Three-time Olympic gold medallist Stephanie joined the church when she relocated to Dubai late last year and is now heavily involved with Kingdom City.
Mark is a pastor with the same organisaton in Perth and has been with the church for more than 10 years, according to his LinkedIn profile.
