Christina Hall has claimed her ex, Josh Hall, is requesting an ‘outrageous’ sum of $65k-a-month in spousal support amid their messy divorce.
The TV personality, 41 – who recently changed her last time following the split – filed for divorce from Josh earlier this year in July following nearly three years of marriage.
Last week on Thursday, October 10, Christina filed legal documents at the Superior Court of California in Orange County as she continues to plan on selling the $4.5M Tennessee mansion she used to share with Josh.
In the documents, obtained by Us Weekly on Tuesday, her estranged husband had presented a ‘good faith settlement offer’ in which he asked for ‘$65,000 per month in spousal support from [Christina] on a 2-year, 9 month marriage.’
However, Christina’s attorney, Matthew S. DeArmey, labeled the request as ‘hardly good faith.’

In a declaration, her lawyer stated, ‘The court is familiar with offers labeled as “Good Faith” settlement offers which are not in fact made in good faith.’
DeArmey also added, ‘Josh Hall is requesting $65,000 per month in spousal support from [Christina] on a 2 year, 9 month marriage, which is outrageous when he is self-supporting.’
In the documents, Christina’s legal team also noted her ex’s recent purchase of a luxury vehicle.
‘[Josh just paid over $70,000 to pay off the lease on [Christina’s separate property Bentley and so he has no need for spousal support from [her].’
Her legal team further claims that his settlement offer came at the same time as his court filing to prevent Christina from selling the $4.5M Tennessee house.
Josh also filed papers last week on Thursday where he requested the court prevent Christina from selling the mansion.
Earlier this month, the TV personality listed the abode and expressed on Instagram that she was ‘excited’ to sell the home – which she had previously lived in with Josh during their marriage.
Christina notably claimed that Josh had ‘stole’ from her and penned, ‘Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog?’

‘I guess plans changed. All about trying to take everything you can… With your mind on my money and my money on your mind…. Byeeee✌.’
Josh claimed on September 25, per Us Weekly, that he ‘provided Christina with a global settlement offer, which included terms related to the [Tennessee] residence’ – which she ‘rejected.’
On Tuesday, a spokesperson for Josh informed the outlet that Christina’s claims are ‘riddled with provably false statements’ and added, ‘Josh never requested $65,000 in support. That’s false.’
In Christina’s own documents, she alleged that the Nashville mansion was only an investment property which Josh could ‘access and use…when it was not otherwise being rented.’
However, Josh’s rep further slammed her claims and stated, ‘The Nashville property was never an investment house.’
‘Christina was in Nashville so much she had to make a public statement about it, calling this their “second home.” Nobody spends so much time at an “investment home” that they must clarify why they’re often there. That makes zero sense.’
‘It’s sad that Christina’s team is so desperate to smear Josh that they can’t even make up logical lies. Josh continues to pray for Christina and hopes to resolve this matter privately.’
In Christina’s filing, she rejected Josh’s request that she not sell the Nashville house, but claimed if the home sells, it would be a ‘like kind business property’ – and she would not receive money from it.

It comes as the HGTV star finally changed her last name amid her contentious divorce from Josh.
On Tuesday it was revealed in a press release for her show Christina In The Country that she is now using her maiden name again which is Haack – after filing for divorce three months earlier.
The reality TV siren who is best known for Flip Or Flop did the same thing when she divorced British TV star Ant Anstead.
Christina is hard to keep up with as this is her fifth name change in the past decade. Her last names have gone from Haack to El Moussa to Anstead to Haack to Hall to Haack again.
She has been married three times: first to Tarek El Moussa, then to Ant Anstead and next to Josh Hall.
She has yet to change her last name back to Haack on her Instagram profile.
Christina is also mother to three kids. They are Taylor, 13, and son Braydon, eight, with her first husband El Moussa. She also has four-year-old Hudson with Ant Anstead.
Last week Josh fired back after she claimed he stole from her amid their split.
Christina notably claimed that Josh had ‘stole’ from her and penned, ‘Remember when you said you would never steal from me or my kids and you would just be happy in a van with your dog?’
On Tuesday, a spokesperson for Josh informed the outlet that Christina’s claims are ‘riddled with provably false statements’ and added, ‘Josh never requested $65,000 in support. That’s false’
The reality TV star’s spokesperson reached out to DailyMail.com with a statement.
‘Josh has said repeatedly that he wants to handle the divorce like an adult – in the courts, not in social media and the tabloids,’ began the note.
‘Over and over again, Christina has insisted otherwise, creating public spectacles, but Josh has still stayed quiet. But now Christina is defaming him.’
‘These are false, libelous claims. Josh hasn’t stolen a penny from her or her family. This is a red line, and Christina has crossed it.’
The note further read, ‘Instead of repeating Christina’s false statement, the media should ask why Christina keeps insisting on handling this matter in public instead of through the law.’

When they separated, Hall moved out of their $12M Newport Beach, California mansion and into the Tennessee home.
Their split has been very contentious and public with Christina often calling him out on social media.
The reality star split from her third husband at the onset of the summer and she recently shared how the split had left her unable to eat for weeks until she found comfort in the love of her children.
She wrote on her Instagram Stories: ‘One month later … I finally have my appetite back. I’m exercising again. My kids are happy and our house feels like home. ‘Those poor kids’ adore me … anyone who knows us for real knows this and that’s what matters.’
Josh ‘voluntarily left’ their Southern California home and it’s said he ‘never wanted to be famous’ in the first place.
A source told Us Weekly: ‘Josh is sad that the marriage ended this way, but he’s excited to move forward.’

‘He voluntarily moved his belongings from his and Christina’s jointly owned property. He never wanted to be famous.’
The insider added, ‘This was always for Christina, and he’s happy to go back to living life as he wanted to live it.’
Josh insisted that he preferred ‘privacy’ – especially at such a ‘life-changing’ time.
The HGTV star had also accused Josh of taking $35,000 of her own money, and took to Instagram to hint there had been problems in their relationship for some time.
