Heavily pregnant influencer Sarah’s Day is preparing for her final stages of pregnancy and is just days away from giving birth to her third child.
And the 32-year-old Sydney-based YouTuber, whose real name is Sarah Stevenson, revealed the steps she’s following to ensure her baby boy is in the ‘optimal birth position’.
Taking to Instagram on Monday, Sarah said her baby is currently in the Left Occiput Anterior position (LOA) — the ideal position a baby can be in as they angle their head into the pelvis.
Sarah, who already has two sons with husband Kurt Tilse, added that she’s ‘praying’ her bub will stay in that position so she can ‘experience a non-posterior labour this time’.
Alongside a video of herself in a bikini, Sarah cradled her baby bump while rocking back and forth on an exercise ball.
She revealed she’s been sleeping on her left side, ‘relaxing in puppy pose/exaggerated child’s pose’, doing ‘hip mobility rotations on my ball’ and having ‘weekly acupuncture’ to try and keep the baby in its position.
‘I definitely did a lot of this when I was pregnant with Malakai, my second baby and unfortunately he was still posterior,’ she said
‘So much of pregnancy and birth is out of our control so I’m feeling so grateful that baby is responding to all the above this time and currently LOA.

‘Praying he stays like this and this next labour/birth is a really healing experience for me.’
In August, Sarah began teasing the name of her baby on the way, dropping a major hint after revealing she and husband Kurt had already picked out the name eight weeks out.
They also revealed the name will have two syllables, something that Sarah admitted she wasn’t all that fussed with as she wanted a one syllable name.
She then went on to urge fans to tell her their favourite one syllable names in the comments.
‘Kurt and I just need to agree on his middle name now. Kurt has already fallen in love with one but it’s two syllables and I don’t think it flows as well as a one syllable name,’ she said at the time.

‘I honestly feel like I’ve suggested 200 to Kurt at this point and he is STUCK on this specific two syllable name.’
She then went on to urge fans to tell her their favourite one syllable names in the comments as inspiration for baby’s middle name.
‘So help me convince him. Any unique one syllable names you can recommend for baby boys middle name!?’
Sarah and Kurt currently share two children sons Fox Ocean, five, and Malakai Koa, two, and she has spoken openly in the past about her hormonal problems and how difficult it’s been for her to conceive.
She took to social media in May to share the exciting news with her 1.2million followers.
‘We can’t wait to meet you gorgeous baby,’ she wrote in her Instagram caption, before adding that the moment she found out she was pregnant had been uploaded to her YouTube account.
Sharing another Instagram post, the blonde Sydney-based vlogger revealed the baby will be due in October.

In the nine-minute YouTube clip, Sarah went through several negative pregnancy tests until she received a positive reading on a digital stick.
‘My heart is beating so fast,’ she said after the good news. ‘We’ve always prayed for, dreamed of having three kids.’
