Carol Vorderman made sure to make a statement with her outfit choice as she left Riverside Studios after recording Have I Got News For You on Thursday evening.
The presenter, 63, who has become known for her anti-Tory posts on social media, encouraged people to vote as she sported a black top with a political message.
Written in red capitals, it read: ‘Voting is hot AF’ with an X in the centre, representing the vote in the ballot box.
She was joined by Eddie Izzard, who is also known by the name Suzy, as they two looked to be engaging in an animated conversation.
The pair bumped into each other outside after Eddie, 62, finished performing Hamlet in the studio next door.

Meanwhile as Carol turned around she revealed the back of her top which read: ‘Polled. People find voters 40% more attractive’ with a marked box which repeated ‘Voting is hot AF’.
The star showcased her incredible physique as she paired the statement top with a pair of skinny black leather trousers.
Adding some black ankle boots, Carol’s hair was styled in voluminous waves while she picked up a packet of Tyrells crisps before heading home.
She will appear on Have I Got News For You on BBC One on Friday at 9pm as she joins regulars Paul Merton and Ian Hislop, guest host Alex Horne and comedian Jack Dee.
Carol has been incredibly vocal in her political views, especially after the announcement of the General Election on July 4.
Putting her passion for politics into words, back in April she revealed that her first political book is coming out on September 21 – titled OUT OF ORDER : What’s Gone Wrong with Britain and One Woman’s Mission to Fix It.
In an Instagram post, she described her work as a ‘rip-roaring call to arms telling the web of political influence responsible for the UK’s unravelling and how we can find our voice and stand up for what we believe in’.

‘I’m pulling no punches and telling some eye watering (and funny) tales you haven’t heard before,’ she teased. ‘Can you guess some of the names which might feature?’
Last November, Carol revealed that she was axed from her BBC Radio Wales show for breaching the broadcaster’s new social media guidelines – as she vowed to continue her anti-Tory posts online.
The presenter, who has been at the station for five years, said she was ‘not prepared to stop’ venting her ‘strong beliefs’ on X and Instagram.
She has since made appearances on LBC and upped how vocal she is about her political stances on social media.
Speaking about her new book and tour, the former Countdown star said: ‘I’ve been fighting this appalling Tory government with evidence and data, looking into the morally corrupt and questionable contracts they’ve signed with donors and associates.
‘It’s endless, and exhausting and heartbreaking. I’ve never known this country in such a state, with so little help and hope offered to those who need it.
‘But the tide has turned and I’m proud to have been a part of it.’

Meanwhile Eddie is currently starring in a contemporary reworking of Shakespeare’s classic tale Hamlet which sees her single-handedly deliver the tragedy.
Across two hours, twenty minutes and five lengthy acts, the star plays every character – from the ultimately doomed Hamlet to Danish monarchs Claudius and Gertrude, Polonius, Horatio and Ophelia – and even the ghost of Hamlet’s father.
However Eddie’s performance has fallen rather short among unimpressed critics.
While admitting her not inconsiderable undertaking is a ‘marathon achievement,’ The Guardian also claims it resembles ‘an avant-garde cabaret, at other times like “bedroom mirror” Shakespeare that should perhaps have stayed that way.
‘There is humour, but this comes from Izzard’s comic gesturing or added lines (“tedious old git” Hamlet says of Polonius) rather than Shakespeare’s acid satire of Polonius or Hamlet’s wordplay and antic disposition.’
Giving the play a disappointing two stars, the i Paper writes: ‘Right from the start, it is apparent that Izzard’s take is simply too frenetic, little more than a glossy vanity project, an impressive feat of line-learning.
