Superdrug has announced plans to open 25 new stores in the UK and extend seven existing sites.
The investment is set to create more than 500 new jobs.
The health and beauty retailer said it is investing in its bricks-and-mortar retail footprint as it celebrates its 60th year on the British high street.
New stores will open in St David’s in Cardiff, Bluewater Shopping Centre and Westfield Stratford City.
As well as opening new stores, 67 existing stores will receive investment to improve customer experience, with seven sites being extended and 60 locations being refitted this year.
Superdrug will double the footprint of its Craigavon store in Northern Ireland this year to 5,800 sq. ft, as well as extending its Lakeside Thurrock store to 7,669 sq. ft with the addition of a new fragrance counter and Nurse services.
