‘These are the elevators. You see this? This is the line. I don’t even know how far back it goes. Yeah, and they’re stressing.
‘Let’s see how far back this s*** goes. Oh, my god. Do you see this?
‘This is the line for the elevator. There’s supposed to be five working elevators right now, but they’re all stupid.’
More overlaid text in the clip read: ‘The stairs were locked off. You couldn’t get on them from the main floor, and you’d get yelled at for using them at all.
‘It would take 30 minutes to an hour to leave your room or get to your room.
‘I read reviews four months back that said the elevators didn’t work then, so I’m assuming this has been going on for a really long time.
‘I have so many more horror stories/red flags/illegal tales about this hotel.’
She captioned the video: ‘If anyone wants a story time about staying at this horror hotel, I would LOVE TO. I have so many things to say.’
A representative for Circus Circus Hotel and Casino told DailyMail.com that the venue had been undergoing a renovation at the time of the content creator’s stay.
‘Please know this video was captured over a month ago,’ they said.
‘Since that time, Circus Circus has completed two additional elevators of their ongoing $11 million elevator project.
‘The two additional elevator completion has resulted in an enhanced guest experience with zero wait times.’

Someone else commented: ‘Can’t believe people still stay at this ghetto hotel!! I stayed once and the elevator kept breaking down.
‘The hotel was filthy, and the line to the check-in was out the back. They finished checking in at 3 a.m.’
The content creator posted a follow-up video as a response to the commenter and her second TikTok garnered more than 36,000 views and 1,440 likes.
Her video was captioned: ‘What happens in Vegas does not stay in Vegas – I am traumatized.’
She shared in the video: ‘I’m gonna tell you about the first red flags the moment that you walk in, that my dumb a** kind of ignored.’
First off, she explained that her door latch was broken.
A second person added: ‘It got worse! I was just there a month and a half ago. We took stairs with all of our luggage.’ Only a few travelers enjoyed their time there
‘We had not read the reviews. A lot of the reviews said: “Our room [was] broken into at three in the morning.”
‘”All of our stuff was stolen, while we were sleeping,” and that would make sense as to why our latch was broken.’
She added that the restroom ‘had no vent,’ and that ‘it would steam up so bad in there.’
Additionally the bathroom had ‘peeling wallpaper’ throughout that she ‘assumed they put to cover up mold.’
The content creator added: ‘The sink in the toilet all made really weird noises in the middle of the night, and it was so scary, and it would always wake you up.
‘The great shower drain didn’t drain that well and I read some reviews that [the] shower drain would bring up dirty water, but that didn’t happen to us.’
The content creator referenced back to the ‘elevator situation’ to explain it further in more detail.
‘They had 10 elevators [and] five of them weren’t working, and the weird thing about the elevators is, let’s look at the five that do work, right?’ she said.
‘Two of them only go to the lower floors. Two of them only go to the higher floors, and then one of them services all floors.
‘And they were shoving so many people into these elevators, and you were lucky if you even got on one, so even if you wanted to go down, and the elevator was going up, just get on because that’s your only chance of getting on an elevator.’
The content creator posted a follow-up video as a response to the commenter and her second TikTok garnered more than 36,000 views and 1,440 likes
She added: ‘You can’t access the stairs. We were on the 10th floor or something, and you could access the stairs from a floor within the rooms.
‘You start walking down these sketchy a** stairs and you finally get to a floor.
‘Floor one and floor two – the main floors there – there’s no door from the stairs.
‘You can’t get to those floors from the stairs. I don’t know if there’s other stairs that you can access from those floors.’
She concluded: ‘But we actually learned later on that you could keep going down, and that the stairway would let you leave through the street, however, that also said, “emergency exit alarm will sound.”
‘No alarm sounded, so the emergency exits don’t work.’
Next, she went over the ‘adventure dome,’ which is the hotel’s circus and arcade area, under a glass dome, and she said it ‘sucks’ and was ‘horrible.’
She explained that they visited during a ‘rainy week,’ and she called it the ‘worst time to go,’ because the dome was leaking.
The content creator saw many buckets and ‘wet floor signs’ throughout, and she noted that ‘the whole walkway was wet.’
Despite ‘half of the rides [not] running, they were charging the full $60.’
She always noted that the tracks of the inside roller coaster were shaking aggressively, therefore, she didn’t go on because she said: ‘We’re not risking our lives today.’
When it came to the pool, she said there was a lot of much miscommunication about whether or not the pool was in fact open on rainy days, and multiple employees gave contradicting answers.
After she eventually found out that the pool was closed, she headed to the hot tub which turned out to be ‘freezing.’
She called it ‘mediocre,’ and said ‘there’s so many kids there kicking me obviously.’
The traveler shared: ‘The parking lot is flooded with water. There’s no drains – there’s needles on the ground, and obviously the elevators don’t work.
‘The elevator attendee that was supposed to help [was] actually just stuffing the elevators full of people, cause what else are you supposed to do at that point?
‘And you just feel the elevator, “boom, boom,” like struggling, and you hear [it] struggling to get up, cause there’s so many people.
‘And then the elevators to the parking lot, which were obviously different elevators – you click one button, and it’ll take you to a different floor that you didn’t ask to go to, so that’s like really disorienting and scary.’
