Two people have died after a crash between a car and a stationary digger in Manchester.
It happened in Hyde Road, Gorton, with police called to the scene at about at 21:35 BST on Wednesday.
Four people were inside the car and two of them, a man and a woman, died at the scene, Greater Manchester Police said.
The two other men were taken to hospital for treatment, and have been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving, the force added.
