After falling to their third loss in a row in all competitions last weekend, Bath have made 10 changes for the visit of Newcastle.
Tom Dunn returns to an all-new front row alongside Thomas du Toit and Beno Obano.
Ted Hill switches to the second row to partner Charlie Ewels, the latter who is set to make his 200th appearance for the club, while Josh Bayliss, Guy Pepper and Miles Reid complete a new-look back row.
Chris Harris then partners Will Butt in the midfield while Santiago Carreras starts at full-back.
Newcastle have not beaten Bath in the league since 2021 and, similarly, have made sweeping alterations, mostly to their pack, as they look to recover from a 76-17 hammering at home to Harlequins.
Prop Connor Hancock makes his first Prem start with tighthead Murray McCallum also coming into the front row.
Freddie Clarke and John Hawkins pair up in the second row, while Fergus Lee-Warner starts for the first time in three games at number eight with Adam Scott at flanker.
Harrison Obatoyinbo starts on the wing in place of his brother, Elliott, who misses out with a hamstring injury, and Rhys Beeckmans comes into the centre.
