Shocking images show a huge 95-car pile-up in Kazakhstan that was caused by drivers going too fast in treacherous conditions.
Some 20 people were injured in the horror crash which happened on the Astana-Petropavl highway on January 3.
Footage shows the mayhem on the road in the Aqmola region after cars piled into each other amid heavy snowfall, blizzards, poor visibility and ice.
Some of the drivers and passengers were reported to have been suffering from hypothermia.
Twelve people including three children were hospitalised following the horror crash.

Officials at the government’s road management operator KazAvtoJol blamed non-compliance with speed limits and safe distancing for the mass smash.
Drivers had been advised to avoid trips due to the treacherous weather conditions.
After the incident, some 30 drivers managed to get their cars out of the highway hell and drive on.
The authorities have since removed another 14 damaged cars but more than 50 remain stuck at the scene.
